Chinese New Year's Celebration

Since Liam was born on Chinese New year's we've always been a little partial. This year we celebrated on January 28th with a 12 course dinner party with Raj and Lisa Nair, Tim and Heidi Zuk, Debbie Wu and Ming Hsieh, Gloria and Mike Marlowe. 12 courses, lots of fancy dishes and fireworks at midnight!

Panko Crusted Crab Cake with Spring Greens and Roasted Red Pepper Aioli

Beef Tenderloin with Merlot Sauce, Mushroom Orzo and Asparagus
